About This Role
Complete P&L ownership of the Vadodara centre. You will lead 40+ staff, drive revenue targets, and ensure every single visitor has an unforgettable experience.
What You Will Do
- Own centre P&L, revenue growth, cost controls, and operational audit ratings.
- Recruit, train, and inspire floor supervisors, hosts, technicians, and F&B staff.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, vendor contracts, safety regulations, and local licensing.
- Drive group booking packages (birthdays, corporate outings, school excursions).
What We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years in FEC (Family Entertainment Centre), multiplex, luxury retail, or hospitality management.
- Strong financial acumen, people leadership, and crisis management capability.
