About This Role
As a Game Zone Executive at Neon Panda Surat, you are the face of fun! You welcome families, guide arcade gamers, host VR thrill-seekers, and maintain the highest safety and energy standards on the floor.
What You Will Do
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and high energy.
- Operate and monitor arcade, VR, and simulator games.
- Assist guests with game card recharges, ticketing, and prize redemptions.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and immaculate hygiene across game zones.
- Work collaboratively with Shift Leads during peak evening and weekend rushes.
What We Are Looking For
- Energetic, welcoming personality with strong customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi, Gujarati, or English.
- Freshers are welcome! Prior retail, hospitality, or FEC experience is a bonus.
- Punctual, disciplined, and excited about working in a vibrant gaming environment.
