About This Role
Lead floor operations, manage guest delight, and mentor a team of 15+ floor executives at our flagship Ahmedabad entertainment centre.
What You Will Do
- Supervise day-to-day operations across gaming zones and trampoline arenas.
- Coach floor executives on guest engagement, safety protocols, and upselling.
- Handle guest queries and resolve escalations with empathy and speed.
- Manage opening and closing checklists, cash reconciliation, and equipment logs.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in retail, cinema, theme park, or entertainment operations.
- Proven team leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset under fast-paced weekend footfall conditions.
